i don’t really watch the news … while my bagel is being prepared at the coffee shop i usually browse whatever paper is there … i find that is enough news for me … and when i get an untoasted bagel i barely can read three or four pages … but i read about the olympics … and how some richmond “speed skating” (i put that in quotes as i am not completely sure of the sport involved) oval going to be only for canadians, the americans are unable to practice there … i, as a canadian, am embarrassed by how ridiculous, un-sportsmanlike (and i hate sports) this is … for fricks sake, where are they supposed to practice … and allowing one group to practice one place and another some place else, won’t one get the better deal … this is just wrong … and this canadian knows it and apologizes to our neighbour …
